Hygiene & Safety:
For the health and safety of our clients, lash extensions, adhesives, primers, super bonders, and other products that come into direct contact with the eyes are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund to ensure your professional standards are maintained.

Unopened Products:
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error or damaged upon arrival.
