  • All lash applications are performed by trained and certified professionals.

  • Services are provided by appointment only. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Please contact us for any last minute changes.

  • Glacier Lav Lash Co. ensures the use of high-quality, hygienic products, including adhesives, primers, bonders, removers, cleansers, and extensions. Any pre-existing eye or skin conditions must be disclosed prior to service to ensure safety and optimal results.

  • Individual results may vary based on natural lash condition and aftercare adherence. While we guarantee professional application, retention and longevity depend on proper aftercare.

2. Sale of Lash Extension Supplies

  • All products are intended for professional use unless otherwise indicated.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened adhesives, primers, super bonders, and lash trays are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Damaged or defective products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof for replacement or store credit.

  • Orders are processed with care and shipped according to our Shipping Policy, with tracking provided for all shipments.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Payments for services and products are accepted via cash, card, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
